    Hello

My favorite career advice is Education is not only about getting a higher paying job, not only about intelligence, it is most importantly about the incarnation of our character.

    Yay! I hope I win.

Charlie Grosso of Baang + Burne was kind enough to give me some advice about starting my own business with a friend. I really appreciated her words and have definitely taken them to heart. The conference was great overall!

I suppose this is more of a general piece of advice: When you act confident, you become confident. Whether you’re at a job interview or simply chatting with co-workers, confidence is a good trait to develop for someone as shy as I am. I kind of discovered this at Find and Follow Your Passion this past spring. I was a high school student who attended and if I hadn’t pushed myself to act as confident as I seemed, I would have missed out on a lot new friends and fun! (Hey, there I am in the first picture!) ~Sarah
