Your attendance of a NY Creative Interns event is at your sole risk. NY Creative Interns is not involved in any way with the actions of any attendees of our events. As a result, we have no control over the identity or actions of attendees at our events, and we request that our attendees exercise caution and good judgment when attending our events. You acknowledge and agree that by participating in any events you may be exposed to a variety of risks and hazards, which may or may not be foreseen, including (without limitation) personal injury, property damage and death. You are solely responsible for all costs and/or risks associated with your participation in any event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release NY Creative Interns from any claims or damages of any kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, relating to your participation in any event, as an attendee. You agree and understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon you and your heirs, executors, agents, administrators and assigns.
NY Creative Interns has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry of any person or persons to the Event or, once admitted, to require any person or persons to leave the Event, for any reason whatsoever. The Participant/Attendee/Ticket Holder hereby acknowledges that this ticket bestows no rights upon the holder, is a license, and is revocable at will.

NY Creative Interns works to verify the validity and accuracy of job listings. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that openings listed through NY Creative Interns will still exist, as posted, when you respond to them. NY Creative Interns makes no representation or guarantee about opportunities listed and is not responsible for safety, wages, working conditions, or any other aspect of employment. It is each individual’s responsibility to thoroughly research the integrity of each organization to which he or she applies.
